Features
-
A built-in peptide library
Pick from 30+ peptides — GLP-1s like semaglutide and tirzepatide, BPC-157, TB-500, testosterone, HCG and growth-hormone peptides — and add one in seconds, or add any custom peptide yourself.
-
One-tap logging and reminders
Hit "Injected" when you dose. A countdown timer and push notification track when your next injection is due, so you never miss one or guess when you last injected.
-
Titration ladders
Build your own dose-escalation plan and get a reminder when it's time to step up to the next dose in your ladder.
-
Reconstitution calculator
Enter your vial strength, water and dose to see the exact units to draw on an insulin syringe — no spreadsheets, no math by hand.
-
Supply tracking
See doses left and a "use by" date, with a heads-up when it's time to reorder so you don't run out mid-protocol.
-
On/off cycles
Run on/off cycles, pause anytime, or auto-finish after a set number of injections. Dose, injection site and notes are saved per peptide.

Add a peptide in seconds from a built-in library of 30+ — GLP-1s, BPC-157, TB-500, testosterone, HCG and growth-hormone peptides — or add any custom peptide yourself.
How it works
-
Add your peptide
Pick one from the built-in library or add a custom peptide, then set your own schedule and dose in seconds.
-
Tap when you inject
Hit "Injected" each time you dose. The app saves it to your history and starts a countdown to the next one.
-
Get reminded
A push notification tells you when the next dose is due, when to step up a titration, and when it's time to reorder.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is Peptide Tracker free?
Yes. The app is free to download and use. The free version covers one peptide with full scheduling and titration. Peptide Tracker Pro unlocks unlimited peptides and the reconstitution calculator, available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Does it calculate my doses or give medical advice?
No. Peptide Tracker is a personal logbook and reminder. It does not provide medical advice and does not recommend or calculate doses — you enter your own, from your prescription or protocol. The reconstitution calculator only converts the figures you type in (vial strength, water and dose) into syringe units.
Which peptides can I track?
There's a built-in library of 30+ peptides, including GLP-1s like semaglutide and tirzepatide, BPC-157, TB-500, testosterone, HCG and growth-hormone peptides. If a peptide isn't in the library, you can add it yourself as a custom peptide.
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device. There's no account, no sign-up and no data collection.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Because all your data lives on your device with no account or login, the app works without an internet connection.
What is the reconstitution calculator?
Enter your vial strength, the amount of water you added and your dose, and it shows the units to draw on an insulin syringe. It's part of Peptide Tracker Pro.
Can it remind me to step up a titration?
Yes. You can build your own dose-escalation ladder and the app will remind you when it's time to step up to the next dose.
Does it track my supply?
Yes. Supply tracking shows the doses you have left and a "use by" date, and gives you a heads-up when it's time to reorder.
Can I run on/off cycles?
Yes. You can run on/off cycles, pause anytime, or set a peptide to auto-finish after a chosen number of injections.
Does it keep a history of my injections?
Yes. One-tap logging saves each injection, and you can see your full injection history at a glance, with dose, injection site and notes saved per peptide.
Does Peptide Tracker work on iPad?
Yes. It's a universal app that runs on both iPhone and iPad, so you can log and track on whichever device you have to hand.
