How the blend calculation works

This cjc 1295 ipamorelin dosage calculator treats the vial as a fixed blend. A draw delivers both peptides in the vial ratio, so you cannot vary one independently.

It calculates each concentration in mcg/mL, then uses the prescribed dose for the selected peptide to find volume and U-100 units. The same volume reveals the amount of the other peptide delivered and the whole doses remaining in the vial.

This converts a dose you have already been given; it does not recommend a dose, schedule or cycle. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are not approved medicines for this use in the US. Compounded and research-labelled products can vary in purity and content, so the prescribing clinician's instructions govern.

concentration (mcg/mL) = peptide mg × 1000 ÷ water mL; U-100 units = volume mL × 100

Confirm that your syringe is U-100. A blended vial delivers both peptides together in its fixed ratio.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend calculator FAQ

What does this calculator show?

It converts the vial amounts, water volume and already-prescribed dose into U-100 syringe units, injection volume, the amount of both peptides delivered and whole doses remaining.

Can I change the CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin amounts independently?

No. Each draw removes one volume from the blended vial, so both peptides are delivered together in the fixed ratio present in that vial.

Why can the dose be entered for either peptide?

The selected peptide is the reference for the supplied dose. The calculator uses its concentration to find the volume, then calculates the other peptide delivered by that same volume.

What does U-100 mean?

U-100 means 100 syringe units per milliliter. Confirm that your syringe is marked U-100 before relying on the units result.

Does this calculator recommend a dose?

No. Use only a dose and preparation instructions already supplied by your prescribing clinician or dispensing pharmacy. Their instructions govern, and they should verify anything unclear.
