How the tirzepatide calculation works

U-100 units = (prescribed dose ÷ (vial strength ÷ water mL)) × 100 This converts a prescribed dose only. It never recommends a dose, titration ladder, starting point or maximum. Your prescriber’s instructions and pharmacy directions govern; ask them to verify anything unclear.
